Adjuvant for Acaricide , Additive help to control mite.
In citrus cultivation, spider mite and canker are the two common difficulties, which can easily impact fruit yield and quality if not controlled timely, eventually resulting in reduced income of growers.
ADAMA officially launched two latest upgraded products: The nanoscale fungicide Fuxijin (Benziothiazolinone 3% ME) for control of canker disease; the high-efficient and fast-acting novel acaricide Kedijixian (Acequinocyl 15% EW).
Fuxijin is an upgraded version of ADAMA’s classic product Huirun, which uses the nano-scale benziothiazolinone formulation to quickly adhere and penetrate leaves to effectively seal wounds and inhibit pathogens. The product has a broad fungicidal spectrum, being effective against bacteria, fungi and part of oomycete diseases. It is high safe, fit for use in seedling stage, flowering stage and young fruit stage, being flexibly mixable for foliar spraying and soil treatment.
The key component of Kedijixian is naphthoquinone, which is a newer compound in China, killing mites via interfering with mites’ mitochondrial energy metabolism. The product is fast acting (effecting in 1 hour), being effective through whole growth period, while being safe for crops and fit for comprehensive control of resistant spider mites.
During the field observation, orchards applied with ADAMA’s citrus anti-mite solution exhibited a satisfactory pest control effect under the circumstance of high occurrence of spider mites and thrips, presenting a uniform fruit appearance, less fruit drop and stable quality.
When used with adjuvantsA Acaricide, these two fungicides and acaricides can be amplified, their penetration into plants can be accelerated, the effective area can be expanded, and the amount of agrochemicals used can be reduced.
